I have had the camera up and running for about 1 month . I use it for bird watching.
1) The camera supports ONVIF and works great with VStarcam NVR.
2) The ZOOM and Pan/Tilt feature works by clicking and holding the arrows. This took me awhile to figure out. You click and hold the arrow for a second, and when you release the camera moves for a second. If you just click on the arrow without holding the camera will either move just a little or not move at all.
3) The zoom is crystal clear.
4) The sound is clear and entertaining for bird watching.
5) I rated the motion tracking a 3 because (I am not sure) it appears when the human detection is turned on, the camera is less responsive. Since I do not need human detection, I just turned it off.
6) I just got VStarcam NVR. working last night. Make sure you use ONVIF. The pan tilt and presets work fine. That is all I have tested so far.
I would definitely by another one if I had a need.

Wow, this camera is impressive. I have owned several camera systems in the past and nothing comes close to the image quality of this camera. The 30x optical zoom is incredible and the IR easily reaches across my 400 foot hard in total darkness. I was skeptical of spend $429.99 on a little know brand camera, but I'm glad that I did. The camera does what it says it does. The only feature that I have not played with yet is the humanoid auto tracking. If it works like the rest of the camera, I will be very impressed. The Eye4 software is easy to use and provides easy access to the camera features. I would recommend this camera to family and friends! Besides , we can contact online customer service to get free 1 year cloud service . That's pretty good .

Does everything they claim and does it well.
Easy setup, well documented. Very pleased. Two small things I especially liked: the sd card slot is very easy to access and they put the reset button outside the camera on a wire right next to the ethernet connector. So convenient!

This is easily the best camera we have. The zoom is better than I expected, it’s super clear even when zoomed all the way in. It doesn’t seem like it misses any movement like our other ones. Being able to move the camera different angles from my phone was really nice too. Only thing I dislike about it is the bright flashing lights. Other than that it’s a very good camera.

My wife likes to watch birds, I took a chance and bought this camera, all I can say is WOW. The zoom is out of this world, and the night vision is super. I will be getting one more. Thanks for a great cam Period.
